Service:
The photographer will meet you at an agreed location of your choosing. In general you will find that you are most comfortable in and around your own home but any location is acceptable. If you don't have a preferred location your photographer can make some recommendations in advance.
Suitable discussion should take place prior to the session to work out timings, location peculairities, time of day, etc. The photographer will also advise you on what to wear if required.
The photographer will be armed with all the necessary equipment and back-up supplies to cover the agreed duration of the session. Most sessions take under an hour but can range up to 2 hours in some situations. Longer sessions can be negotiated.
You get:
Prompt, professional, discreet and friendly service.
Up to 2 hours service or part thereof.
A photographer on location, willing to follow your creative lead if required.

(*1) Sitting and CD = $195.00
Includes all photos taken during the session on CD at full resolution.
(*2) Sitting and Prints = $245.00
Includes 2 full resolution A4 sized prints, ready for framing.
(*3) Sitting and All = $295.00
Includes 2 full resolution A4 sized prints, ready for framing PLUS all photos taken during the session on CD at
full resolution.
On average 30 to 50 photos may be taken during a sitting though many will look similar.
NB: BAFmedia will only ever use shared copyright images for the purpose of self-promotion and only with the subjects permission. If the possibility of a sale of a particular image arises you will be contacted for permission to sell the photograph and if granted you will share equally in any profits derived from the sale.

Location:
In general terms any location is acceptable. Private homes, bars, night clubs, sports facilities, function centres, parks, gardens, mountain tops, you name it. If special permission is required for photography in your location it is up to the subject to obtain this approval. i.e. Parliament House, the Casino, ASIO HQ, etc.
Conditions:
Please give some thought to the safety of the photographer.
If there are any hazardous elements to the photo shoot please indicate this beforehand so that suitable arrangements can be made. Danger pay is applicable but far more preferable than having the photographer turn around and go home because you neglected to mention you are a rock climber and the shoot is on the side of Mt. Arapalies.
Location Costs:
For anywhere in the Melbourne Metro area = $0.00
If it takes between 1 & 2 hours to drive to the location = $50.00
If it takes between 2 & 4 hours to drive to the location = $100.00
If it takes over 4 hours to drive to the location = $200.00 (requires overnight stay)
For interstate and oversees locations please ask for a quote.
Danger Pay = Case by case basis.

Optional Extras:
If you have any special or unusual requests please don't hesitate to ask, we are flexible and accommodating. To date we have never refused an assignment. Further options you may wish to take up include:
Longer Duration
If you would like the photographer to be available for longer than 2 hours, the extra cost is $45/hour. This commonly occurs when the subject needs the photographer to accompany them on an outing such as a hike, a day at the zoo, a sporting event, etc.
Website Photo Album
All your images reconfigured and displayed on our website in your own private, passworded gallery for 4 weeks - from the time of initial hosting. Cost = $75.00
DVD slideshow (Autoplay)
Just like a normal DVD, it works in your DVD player or on your PC and includes menus, chapters and full navigation.
Cost = $35.00
Printing:
6x4 = $0.25 each
7x5 = $2.50 each
8x6 = $3.50 each
10x8 = $8.00 each
12x8 = $9.50 each
