Service:
The photographer is at your beck and call for the agreed duration of the event, ready, willing and able to take any shots you request, no matter what. The photographer will be armed with all the necessary equipment and back-up supplies to cover the agreed duration of the event.
You get:
Prompt, professional and friendly service.
Discreet, appropriately attired personnel.
All photographs taken at the event, supplied on CD or DVD, at full print quality.
Shared copyright and ownership (*1), or Full copyright and ownership (*2), of the supplied images - your call.
Costs:
(*1) For the first 3 hours = $250.00
For each hour after the first 3 hours = $50.00
(*2) For the first 3 hours = $350.00
For each hour after the first 3 hours = $80.00
NB: BAFmedia will only ever use shared copyright images for the purpose of self-promotion. If the possibility of a sale of a particular image arises you will be contacted for permission to sell the photograph and if granted you will share equally in any profits derived from the sale.

Location:
In general terms any location is acceptable. Private homes, bars, night clubs, sports facilities, function centres, parks, gardens, mountain tops, you name it. If special permission is required for photography in your location it is up to the event organiser to obtain this approval. i.e. Parliament House, the Casino, ASIO HQ, etc.
Conditions:
Please give some thought to the safety and sustenance of the photographer. For events over 2 hours please allow for some food and especially drink.
If there are any hazardous elements to the photo shoot please indicate this beforehand so that suitable arrangements can be made. Danger pay is applicable but far more preferable than having the photographer turn around and go home because you neglected to mention you are in a rock climbing club and the party is on the side of Mt. Arapalies.
Location Costs:
For anywhere in the Melbourne Metro area = $0.00
If it takes between 1 & 2 hours to drive to the location = $50.00
If it takes between 2 & 4 hours to drive to the location = $100.00
If it takes over 4 hours to drive to the location = $200.00 (requires overnight stay)
For interstate and oversees locations please ask for a quote.
Danger Pay = Case by case basis.

Website Photo Album
All your images reconfigured and displayed on our website in your own private, passworded gallery for 4 weeks - from the time of initial hosting. Cost = $75.00
DVD slideshow (Autoplay)
Just like a normal DVD, it works in your DVD player or on your PC and includes menus, chapters and full navigation.
Cost = $35.00
Videographer
Rates for hire of a videographer are the same as for a photographer. Please add $150.00 for editing.
Printing:
6x4 = $0.25 each
7x5 = $2.50 each
8x6 = $3.50 each
10x8 = $8.00 each
12x8 = $9.50 each
